Mommy’s Light “Night of Stars” Gala

Downingtown, PA – October 6, 2006 – Planning is
underway for the 3rd Annual Night of Stars Gala, to be
held Saturday, November 4, from 6:30 pm to 11:00 pm at
Aronimink Golf Club in Newtown Square. Tickets are
limited to 200 guests and are available for $150 each by

Mommy’s Light’s mission is to bring joy and comfort
to children and teens by helping them keep alive
traditions and simple pleasures they shared with their
mothers. The organization relies on corporate and
individual sponsorship to sustain services and cultivate
growth.
“The gala committee has done a wonderful job securing
silent and live auction items,” said Joan Kistler,
Chester Springs, Chairperson of the event. “The
outpouring of generosity from our community in the form
of more than 100 sponsorships and auction items has far
exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciate
having Wachovia as our Dinner Sponsor and SmartPark as
our Auction Sponsor. " Other committee members are event

Co-Chairman of the Copernicus Society of America in Fort
Washington, will be among the celebrity guests. Linda
Swain, Haverford, Emmy Award-winning host and
producer of the “Moms on the Move” television program,
