"Mommy’s Light Lives On Fund was
founded by Mary Murphy, a Newtown Square, PA resident,
less than three months before she died of cancer," says
Mommy’s Light President, Laura Munts. "Mary and her son
created a plan to keep her spirit alive by preserving
special traditions they shared. That philosophy is the
basis for our program today. Currently, our services are
available to young people in southeastern PA, southern NJ
and northern DE."
Mommy’s Light Lives On Fund
estimates that 20,000 young people in the Delaware Valley
are dealing with the potential or actual death of their
mothers.
