6th Annual Mommy's Light 5K Race and 1 Mile Fun Walk - April, 2010.  Sponsor opportunities range from $200 to $10,000.  See Past Events to read about this wonderful day of family fitness and fun that includes more than 700 participants. 

2nd Annual Mommy's Light Holiday Party - December 2010.  Sponsor opportunities start at $1,000.  See Past Events to read about this amazing event.

Tradition Sponsors - $1,600  The average cost of fulfilling a child/teen's request, including processing requests, assigning and managing volunteers and the costs of the request items, is $1,600. 

Education Sponsors - $1,000 
Between March 2007 and February 2008, Mommy's Light will have mailed approximately 36,000 copies of our Family DVD and Warning Signs brochure to school counselors across the United States.  Mommy's Light plans to mail education materials annually to school counselors, increasing from 36,000 to more than 115,000 (115,000 will reach more than 95% of the school counselors in the United States).  The average cost of mailing to one school counselor is $1.63.

Information Technology Sponsors - $15,000
An ongoing challenge for Mommy's Light is data management - families served, community contacts, volunteers and donors.  Our current system's inadequacy comes to light each time we need to interact with a subset of our contacts or analyze data from different data sources.  Investing the necessary resources to design and build an information technology infrastructure and web site that increase our organizational capacity will enable Mommy's Light to meet and manage the growing demand for our programs.  Procedures that were effective in supporting 100 request children annually will be inadequate to support service to 250 children annually.  Systems that tracked 2,000 school counselors will be inadequate to track more than 115,000 school counselors.  We also need to improve our ability to track, manage and communicate with our increasing volunteer force and donors.
